Tenants caught committing arson. What do you do?

Recently I had a couple tenants get into a fight. Long story short it ended in Arson. Multiple vehicles were set on fire as a form of retaliation. If you've never dealt with something like this check out the story in the video I made documenting the entire ordeal. Pretty eye opening & wild stuff in the Property Management business.
