Self Storage - Acquisitions and Asset Management
We are looking for someone to join our team. We purchase and operate self storage facilities. We chose this field because while we really like real estate, we also wanted to choose an asset that was easy to manage and give little headaches.
Responsibilities (we can teach all these):
- Underwrite new on-market listings as they come
- Cold-Call owners
- Send out marketing campaigns to owners
- Email brokers and build relationships
- Manage onsite managers
- Create monthly reports on facilities
Requirements (we can't teach these):
- Self-Started
- Excel Proficient
- Proficient in math
- Computer savvy
- Personable and Team Player
- Bachelor's degree
- Background (or interest)in real estate
We are looking for a good fit. We are looking for a self starter. We don't care if you are in Costa Rica surfing, in Breckenridge snowboarding, or whatever else interests you. Our core value is life-work balance and we want to extend this to our employees.
