Podcast 75 is up!

In this episode I speak Cory Brightwell, who is the Co-Founder and CEO of Chuze Fitness. It's not our typical podcast episode. The opportunity came up to speak with Cory, which I jumped on. I asked him to discuss two main areas:

1. How Chuze Fitness does the site selections for their gym locations as they have about half a dozen around Denver, with two more opening up this year. These are typically 40,000 to 50,000 sq ft build outs with a budget of $4 to 4.5 million dollars. Different from our normal real estate deals!
2. How he’s built and scaled Chuze Fitness. While it’s not directly about investing, there are many parallels between building a business and building a successful investing business.
