We are currently looking for a hard-working and easy going individual to join us as a Property Management On-Site Specialist. You'll join the exciting and rewarding world of real estate investment, where we'll give you the tools you need to succeed in this busy, thriving industry. We are a growing company and there will be many opportunities for advancement and growth as well.
As a Property Management On-Site Specialist, you'll have a defined role and clear objectives. You will be responsible for assisting prospective renters finding a home, taking 3d photos, and keeping the team updated on the condition of existing units. You'll be driving to properties around the Portland Metro Area where and you'll have plenty of time to listen to your favorite BP Podcasts.
You'll also be responsible for various inspections from our scope of work inspection to move in inspections. You will be trained in all aspects of the field, and this is a great opportunity to learn from seasoned real estate investors with a large portfolio. We have weekly staff meetings on Wednesday mornings to ensure everyone is on the same page and to learn about real estate investment.

Requirements :
The On-Site Specialist must be flexible and be available to show units 3-5 times per week.
A positive and glass half full attitude and the desire to learn and improve
Well spoken, courteous, and respectful of everyone
Professional in appearance
Confident selling potential tenants on the location, neighborhoods and local amenities
No drinking alcohol or any other mentally impairing substance when communicating as an Uptown Properties Representative.
OUTCOMES
1 Available to schedule and show 3-5 properties each week
2 Contacts every lead that contacts Uptown Properties quickly
3 Comes to weekly meeting at 8am on Wednesdays Every Week
4 Follows Inspection Process and Guest Sign In Process and Delivers Reports in a Timely Fashion to Office
5 Follows Up with all Tenants, Provides Feedback to Property Mangers in the form of a 10 minute phone call after each showing the day after.
6 Quickly screens tenants ensuring the criteria is being followed (less than 48 hours)
7 Responsible for the lease signing process ensuring approved tenants receive leases within 24 hours of being approved and leases are signed within 24 hours.
8 Responsible for complete move in files. Move in Photos, signed leases and addendums, renters insurance form, tenant screening form
