Huge investor looking to spend 100M
Looking to partner up with aggressive, full-time agents working in the state's list below to refer business too. I have a very large investor looking to spend millions and I need your help. We are looking for all property types including REO, Off Market, Apartments, Etc. The properties must be below 60% LTV/ARV threshold for their Fix and Flip strategy and 70% LTV/ARV for their buy and hold strategy.
The locations are as follows:
1- New York- (Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, Long Island)
2- New Jersey- (Newark, Jersey City, and Surrounding Areas.)
3- Florida- Northeast Florida, Central Florida (Volusia, Hillsborough, Orange, Seminole, Polk, Lake, Osceola Counties, South- Dade, Broward (Ft Lauderdale), and Palm Beach Counties.
Must have experience working with investors.
