Looking for an asset-backed, 2nd position private money loan to cover down payment for a $700,000 10 unit building walking distance to historic downtown Glendale, AZ. Rehabbed building with new tenants and the majority of the rent being is paid by a government guarantee. Many of the leases extend well into 2020.
