Direct Mail + Driving for Dollars
Hello All,
If you want to find the property that will become the newest addition to your portfolio, but you don't have time to solicit property owners or you don't want to spend your weekends driving around neighborhoods consider paying someone else to do the work!
I'm available to execute Direct Mailings and to "Drive for Dollars" on your behalf in exchange for a small fee.
A Few Notes:
-I am not a licensed realtor (nor do I work with one) so I can't steal potential listings.
-Your contact information would be listed on mailings; I'm merely doing the leg work and gaining experience.
-I can mail/research anywhere in the U.S., but I'm currently only available to drive in NC and upstate SC.
-I'm available to meet in person in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas.
-This is a legitimate attempt to enter real estate investment (i.e. This is not a scam).
-Read the previous notes.
