Looking for equity partners for mobile home park investing in Az

Hello,

I am working on a large deal: a 1 million dollar mixed commercial with a nice cap rate close to 10%.

I am looking for equity partners.

So far I own 74 units and only recently started bringing partners in - as a General Partner I get 20% and the Limited Partner gets 80%.

I have one month to come up with USD $150,000.

Any advice or connections welcome!
