Base Salary + Uncapped Commission. 70 to 100k first year with potential for much more
Position Description
Sales/Acquisition position.
Work from our Fort Worth location to manage lead flow. Travel to local residential homes to negotiate
contracts to purchase the property.
You will be provided warm leads everyday from companies marketing efforts and will be assigned a lead
generator (team member) that is responsible to generate leads and help set appt's for you.
Position Responsibilities
Facilitate incoming leads.
Set appt's to visit homes and negotiate contracts to purchase property.
Assess value of properties and put offers together.
Followup with potential leads.
Manage workflow and create pipeline of potential clients
Position Qualifications
Experience in sales.
Experience Negotiating Contracts.
Experience with in home presentations.
Experience working a salary + commission position.
Experience being the top sales agent at previous employment.
