Looking for a someone who is good on the phone and communications
We are looking for a part-time person who will be making calls to wholesale leads, to get info from potential buyers and connect with them and understand where they stand. The main point of the call will be to see if the buyer wants to sell their property and if not, just get them comfortable with our company so we can follow up in the future if they change their mind.
We are looking for someone who is good on the phone and is good with communication with people in general. If you have sales background that can be a plus.
The main advantage of this job will be experience, especially for someone looking to get into real estate field. We will be paying as well, this is not an internship. There will be an interview if you qualify.
