In this episode of The MLS Search & Analysis Show on HoltonWiseTV I ran the numbers on a Lakewood (Cleveland, Ohio suburb) duplex for my John from California. John is a BP member so maybe he'll drop by this thread, don't know if he is pro or not though say he may not be able to comment.
This is an interesting investment property because it appears to be priced right & located in a highly popular area. However it's been sitting on the market for an extended period of time.
