Hello everyone I am currently in the process of looking for private money lender that do business in the state of Kentucky for properties that we will be rehabbing and then renting. We are looking for private lenders that understand the process and are comfortable with financing properties to allow for their rehab. I am located in California and will be making a trip to Kentucky in July. If we find the right deal we would love to work with an experienced lender that we can partner with for the long run.
