King & Pierce County Washington - Partnership
I am looking to partner with a couple highly motivated private & conventional mortgage brokers looking to grow their business by partnering with with my company, North Realty Brokers to "value add" to their service offerings. For the limited number of Broker's who partner with us, I am offering the following:
1. Credit Repair: For client's who need it. Expedited Credit Repair ( Takes Between 3 - 5 months to complete) For a very low cost of $199.00 ($299.00) couples. R
2. Buyer's Rebate: We will give your referred client's a 20% commission rebate on homes or investment property that they purchase with us.
We are only looking to partner with a couple of Brokers, so this will be an exclusive "Value Add" that you will be able to offer.
