Searching for mentor ( BRRRR method with hard money lenders)

I'm in the Seattle area and am new to investing in real estate. I am motivated to begin investing in out of state markets using the BRRRR method. However, before I get start, I would like to try to find a mentor who is willing to help guide me through the first few deals and/or be part of the deals. As for financing, I plan to use a hard money lender. I have done my fair share of educating myself via books and podcasts too. Anyone with experience who have used hard money lenders and would like to help with a few future deals, please reach out to me.
