Looking for private money for a Fix and Flip in Alaska
Hello, I am researching a Fix and Flip in Alaska. This is an REO recently on the market for $140,000. Estimated rehab cost is 80,000. ARV will be $325,000 - $350,000. These are rock solid numbers any way you plug them into the calculator. This would be my first Real Estate project and I am in the process of reaching out to Hard money lenders. For first time flippers I am finding terms of 90% purchase price and 90% rehab costs at 11-12% and 2-4 points for 12 months. I am looking for help from a Private Money source who can supplement the needed down payments for this project or maybe the whole deal if interested. The numbers are solid and the returns speak for themselves, potential lenders stand to gain a high ROI.
