Looking for Flips in Staten Island

Hello,

I've recently come into two separate clients that both have very large cash reserves and are looking to flip homes on Staten Island. Being their Realtor, I've been looking all over the MLS and sending them plenty of properties but I wanted to see if anyone here has anything off market. I truly want to see them succeed in flipping and I want to be a part of it as well- let me know if you have anything!!
