30 year fixed 5+ units No income Verification US Commercial
Do you have a 5+ unit building for purchase or refinance and is the bank saying you can't have a 30 year fixed? We'll do that.
When else should you call US Commercial?
- When banks can't get the job done.
- When you're just tired of all the documentation other lenders/brokers are asking for
- When you want a 30 year fixed for your 20 unit apartment building
- When your office condo needs better cash flow
- When you want cash out for your next project and you need to refinance a warehouse
- When that mixed use property won't go FHA
Really anytime you have a commercial/investor property that doesn't fit conventional guidelines
