Looking for a partner on a Texas Rehab
I recently bought a SFR in Dickinson Texas, just south of Houston. The home needs some major rehab and I am currently getting a few more bids and obtaining a flood elevation certificate; the home was flooded in Harvey. The home has a lot of potential and I want to restore this house so someone can live in it again. I lack the experience and I am currently investing from out of state. This is a good opportunity for you to use most of my money and your expertise to make this home a beautiful place to live again.
My initial thoughts is to refinance our money back out and put in a renter after the project is finished, but am not opposed to flipping either. I am open to suggestions; also I am flexible on the partner structure and splits.
