Acquisitions Specialist For Largest Fix and Flip Company in Mass
Want to learn how to acquire properties to fix and flip and wholesale(and get paid for it).
This is the absolute perfect position for someone who wants to learn the real estate investing business(fix and flip and wholesale). Instead of paying for a mentor, you will be able to get paid for being mentored.
The most important part of the real estate investing business is acquiring properties at great prices and you will be on the front lines of the sales team who meets with over 100 sellers on a week to week basis in order to make offers to acquire.
Your responsibilities:
1. Attend 3-10 pre-set face to face seller appointments every week to analyze and negotiate with sellers at their homes for our team to purchase. We put the appointments on your calendar and you show up at the person's house with our offer for us to try and buy the home.
2. Attend daily sales training(script practice, role playing, etc) to understand the best way to talk to sellers when you are working with them(how to build rapport, negotiation tactics, etc).
3. Update our database with what happened on the appointment and what the next steps should be
4. Review appointments at a 1 on 1 coaching session on a weekly basis
Requirements:
1. Must be full time, including some nights and weekends - you will need to meet sellers around their schedule which can be Monday - Sunday from 9am to 7pm. Your schedule has to be very open
2. Must be willing to learn and practice sales skills, including role paying - this is a sales job
3. Must be willing to travel - you will have appointments within 90 minutes of Boston and must have adequate transportation
4. Must be willing to get your Massachusetts real estate license
