Seeking private lender or joint venture partner
I have a deal in place in which the purchase price and rehab would be a total of $80,000. The ARV is about $130,000. I would be willing manage the rehab, bring it to market ( or provide a buyer) for a 60/40 split on the profits. 60% would go to the lender.
