Need a portfolio lender

NO SEASONING REQUIREMENTS. 30 year amortization. Looks at cash flow not owner financials. 

I recently took title to a very nice property I want to rent out. However I don't want to wait 6 months to get financing. I need to get a 75% LTV now. PM if you have anything.
