ISO central Maryland structural assessment
I need a structural assessment on a property in Savage, MD. Any leads? Hitting dead ends everywhere.
Short fuse on this as we need to have it done by COB this monday.
Property is a single brick structure duplex built in 1900 that needs a structural engineer or architect to check out the foundation and structure to provide a list of recomendations and repairs if needed. Doing a 203k renovation loan and will all but gut the place, just need to make sure it has good bones to stand on before we tear into it.
