Part of the experience. Nightmare tenants are something every landlord faces sometime in their career. Check out this rental property apartment walk-through with a crazy tenant that was not so happy about leaving. This crazy wrote and drew on the walls and you won't believe how they did it. It's every C class rental property investor landlords nightmare story. Carefully screening tenants will reduce the likelihood of having to evict someone in the future but it is not foolproof.
