Need a Local Credit Union/Local Bank (Suburb of Philly)

I am acquiring a commercial property in a suburb of Philly (New Jersey side) and I need help from BP Nation.

I can of course "google" the information and have my assistant call all the local banks and credit unions in the area...

But, I would rather get referrals from real estate investors who have successfully gotten financing from local banks and credit unions in the area.

So, please help by responding here with your recommendation.
