Acquisition Manager Needed in Memphis, TN
Growing real estate team in need of a ROCKSTAR acquisitions manager. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who will be responsible for meeting with prospective property sellers, and negotiating real estate purchases. We are looking for a team player who can manage a real estate sales process from beginning to end while hitting weekly goals.
This position involves an intensive sales training used by top earners in the real estate industry, with ongoing training done weekly.
Responsibilities
- Complete weekly sales goals
- Conduct scheduled in person and over the phone sales calls
- Collect photos of contracted properties
- Negotiate purchase contracts
- Keep property sellers informed during entire sales process
- Maintain up to date records in company CRM
Qualifications
- Able to follow structured sales process
- Coachable and able to continuesly improve on sales skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of residential real estate
- Strong phone and in person communication skills
- Able to quickly build rapport
- Able to adapt to different sales situations
- Able to work independently
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Comfortable working in a small team environment
- Responds well to stress and keeps calm in all situations
Requirements

Compensation
- $35,000 - $50,000 a year, commission based position
- All leads provided by company
- Compensation based on ability to effectively close deals and continuously improve on sales skills
