Seeking Contractor, Electrician, and Plumber in Dalton, GA Area
I currently have a quad under contract. This will be my first rental investment property. I had a home inspection completed earlier this week, and this was my first opportunity to enter the property because all units are currently occupied and the seller did not want to show the units until an offer was received. Overall, the condition is not too bad, but one of the units was completely trashed and will require some rehab. For this reason, I am seeking recommendations for contractors, electricians, and plumbers in the Dalton, GA area. I would greatly appreciate any leads or advice. Thanks.
