I want to officially introduce you to me and my business partner's new podcast show Flipping Out.
About 20 years ago, I started investing in real estate (first deal was a local renovated and re-sell property), and this part-time investing became my obsession.
I bought several more properties that first year to renovate and re-sell, while I worked my full time job. Fast forward to today where I have bought houses in over 40 states.
In my Flipping Out Podcast, https://thevirtualinvestor.co/podcasts/, I will cover virtual wholesaling, virtual rentals, owner financing to new construction. I will even dabble into the future of money, namely cryptocurrencies, and interviewing some of the biggest players in real estate to find out what lessons they have learned along the way and what made them successful.
