JOB DESCRIPTION: Seeking A Top Sales Professional Who Can Close Deals!

Because of our unique approach to SEO and lead generation, we are getting more leads than we can possibly handle. To keep up with the demand, providing sellers with cash offers, we are seeking several acquisition managers that can be molded into the future leaders of our wholesaling department here at We Buy Houses In Connecticut.

We are always expanding and we have an immediate need for people that are expert negotiators, with sales skills, that understand what it takes to get contracts signed while being respectful to the wishes and needs of our sellers.

We do not have a cap on the money you can make. The more contracts you close the higher the paycheck.

COMPENSATION:

Base + Commission (Potential to make 6 figures!!)

Location Address: Any/All of the 8 counties of Connecticut

Work Hours:

  • Full Time

Responsibilities:

You will be directly responsible for driving revenue to the business.

  • The Acquisition Manager will serve as the primary (and in some cases, only) point of contact communicating with our sellers.
  • Answer calls/texts from motivated sellers and explain our process.
  • Follow up on missed calls, voicemails and texts in a timely manner.
  • Qualify sellers.
  • Schedule walkthroughs.
  • Document all calls, texts, walkthroughs accurately in our CRM.
  • Identifying trouble areas during walkthrough.
  • Taking clear pictures during walkthroughs, keeping notes and document appropriately.
  • Estimate cost of repairs
  • Follow up with the leads throughout the entire lead life cycle, from first contact to contract signed
  • Negotiate offers.
  • Work odd hours if needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Sales & Deal Negotiating Experience
  • Knowledge of accurately obtaining an ARV (After Repair Value)
  • Knowledge of accurately obtaining an COR (Cost of Repairs)
  • Wholesaling skills
  • Basic Math Skills
