Seeking JV partner to buy a government housing building
Seeking JV "money" partner. I have a 30 unit government housing building for $1.2m producing solids returns.
I have experience in the market for over 10 years also have personal relationships with the governments housing committee folks as I worked in the past with them to occupy properties I currently own and manage.
