SD IRA Short term Rehab investment
Hello,
A colleague of mine has two properties they are working on to rehab. The properties will both have an ARV of 135K to 145K. They are looking for about 90K to 100K from an SD IRA investor who wants to secure with real estate to help finish the projects.
The SD IRA investor would be listed in first position, Note and Trust Deed. There are no other liens on the properties. They would refinance them out in 6 months to a year. 10% interest. There would also be other opportunities with future or concurrent projects as well.
