Need VA Supplemental Loan Lender

Hey all,

Just closed on a home with a VA loan. The VA appraised the home at 50k over my closing price. As such, I have about 50k in prerenovation equity in the eyes of the VA.

I need to tap into this with a VA Supplemental loan for about 45k in home repairs. However, I have been unable to find anyone that offers this type of loan. I've been to many banks in the area, and have called dozens of banks and online lenders. Everyone gives me the same response: "VA supplemental loan? Never heard of it".

Can anyone recommend a lender that offers the VA Supplemental loan?

I am not interested in any other product, so please do not suggest one.
