We are an experienced Real Estate Development firm in California and have completed over 60 properties. The subject property is an existing 3,100SQFT home which we have permitted to add 1,450SQFT. We own the property currently and it is shovel ready with plans approved (see image). We have a contractor lined up to complete construction at $1.3M, we have a backup crew as well with the same bid.
