Dallas/Fort Worth Contractors interested in splitting deals?
looking for a contractor/experienced rehabber in the area to partner with on my first brrr deal. i've done one rehab deal myself that i'm just wrapping up and i'm looking to get more done this summer/fall. im interested in paying fair rates for labor on reasonable, fixed timelines. i'd also be insterested in offering incentives for early completion, along with sharing the profits when exiting the deal (either selling the flip, or cash-out refi). If the appraisal comes in low on the refi, i'll make sure a certain amount (different per deal) still gets paid to you to mitigate your risk. the only thing i'd really need is someone with availability to walk properties and submit itemized bids in a format that i can take to a lender. will do everything i can to pay in a timely manner, have a solid cash reserve to front money incase draws take a while. let me know!
