I had someone contact me from the Chicago Illinois area from my web site. I called the person, left a message and they called me back. This person has two houses in Gary Indiana they want to sell for $10,000 for both of them (I was on my cell phone driving so perhaps I misunderstood). Both 2 bedroom, one has a basement and the person said they have done some improvements. The rents are $400.00 each a month. I do have the address of the properties.
