Rehab Deal in Milwaukee Suburb
Just picked up a house in Wauwatosa (west suburb of Milwaukee) that we'd consider wholesaling. .
Will require $13,000 in foundation work (we already have a binding quote from our foundation guy who has done two other properties for us, does awesome work and gives a 10 year warranty), and then probably another $20-30K in cosmetic and mechanical work (that's what we'll be putting into it if we don't resell to another investor).
Will likely resell for $170-175K.
