We had huge turnout for our Black Diamond event in Waltham, MA on Tues, and part of that was some new BP'ers!
Our Black Diamond event last Tuesday had almost 200 attendees, with overflow going downstairs to the bar and restaurant when the room was full. We had several BP'ers in attendance, off the top of my head I ran into Justin Silverio and new BPer Sean Brennan. (If you were there and I didn't mention you, my apologies!)
Just want to express my gratitude and excitement because our organization was founded based on Bigger Pockets and we continue to connect with new local investors because of it.
