Like the title says, I have capital to deploy. I'm normally looking for C to low B grade apartment buildings that I can purchase and enhance to optimize the rent roll. Cap Rate is important for me, but I'm willing to sacrifice if there is potential for optimizing the rent roll or if there are other opportunities you want to highlight. I prefer a single roof rather than multiple buildings, but I'm open to reviewing if the deal is right. If it is an apartment building, send it over. If it's another commercial property and you want someone to check it out, ship it to me :)
