- We are looking for an acquisition minded investor or agent to follow up on seller leads, talk to owners, uncover and negotiate a deal to buy. We partner on a deal per deal basis, and split profits, accordingly.

- (work our cold leads, warm leads, learn to find and talk to a seller, and bring a potential deal of your own. use our dialer, lists, leads, contacts, contracts, expertise, attorneys, joint efforts, etc, etc., leads and deals are more enjoyable to work together and efforts leveraged.
