Customer Success Specialist (Software Company)

We are looking to add a Customer Success Specialist to our growing team that supports FlipPilot and LeadPropeller. You’ll be the primary person receiving and responding to customer questions via chat, email, and phone. You will also be responsible for helping customers troubleshoot technical issues they may be experiencing.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Communicate with users via chats, emails, and phones
- Helping customers set up integrations
- Troubleshooting bugs or issues that come up
- Testing new releases
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- A warm, engaging personality
- Strong customer success skills
- A genuine interest in making sure that the customer is taken care of
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Very Tech Savvy
- Ability to troubleshoot issues by asking good questions
- Experience working with CRM’s or managing websites would be nice
- Experience in the real estate investing industry would be a big plus
