Looking to create my “Core Four”

Hello BP Community,

I'm a newish investor in Birmingham looking to switch gears in my investment strategy to buy and hold multi family properties (BRRRR if possible). Does anyone have the name of a good local bank that does cash out refinance at 6 months? And also do you have the name of a good General Contractor who doesn't mind working with investors?
