(Re: WeBuyHouses.com) In the past week, we've had a BIG spike in traffic and phone calls from motivated sellers in Charlotte, NC. But the weird thing is, we don't yet have an investor (licensee) there - i.e., no one on our team is advertising in that market. Apparently, someone is doing (probably expensive) advertising using the phrase "We Buy Houses" and people are contacting us, probably after searching for this phrase on Google.
