What I'm looking for: An investor, or team of investors, in the SF Bay Area (Marin county preferred) who buy, sell and manage residential or multi-family properties. Ideally you have an established strategy, market and multiple properties already in place and you're looking to scale your operation by developing a team and/or a process and delegating.  

How I can provide value:

• Organized: detail orientated problem solver who can grasp the big picture.
• Professional: proven track record of excellent written and verbal communication as well as managing expectations in a fast paced, highly demanding environment.
• Strategic: solutions orientated mindset - "this won't work" HOW can this work.
• Relationship driven: passionate about building meaningful relationships and partnerships in my community.

I’m very excited to be transitioning my career into real estate investing as I believe it's the best vehicle for me to gain long term financial independence. Like many of you I took the time to define my WHY and outlined my vision which has completely changed my focus and motivates me every morning.
