I am an electrician in Massachusetts with 7 years of experience managing and working on residential projects. My partner is also an electrician with general 8 years of general construction experience. I have already been approved for everything else through another lender but they backed out at the last minute because the town was "too rural". Need to find financing by the end of the week.
