Seeking private money lenders for real estate deals
Hello BP. I am currently seeking to network with private money investors in an effort to secure real estate deals that I am looking into. My investment niche is multifamily and/or bundled package deals from portfolios for cash flow opportunities. My exit strategy is BRRRR. I want to use private money for the down payment (between 10 and 20% of the purchase price), and deposit for the property. Private money investors that partner with me on deals would receive 50% the net income of the properties we work together on. I want to be a benefit to those who work with me and looking to do some business with great and like minded investors.
