Hi, First thank you for taking the time to respond to my post. I have an IRA and it has about $55k in it and i was wanting to use that to invest in real estate. Is their anyway i can withdraw without tax penalties? I have seen the term self directed IRA and i have also heard of people taking a loan out of their IRA and paying themselves back. Has anyone done such a thing?? Who do i go to? Where do i start??
