LLC required for lendor financing ?

I am looking to further my property investments, I am unsure about lender financing. Do I need to have an LLC to get a loan for a new investment purchase? Talked to Vystar and they require a LLC due to it being income profiting and not having it as my primary residence. Is this a must or what are my options?
