Opening a bank account for a rental property

I have a 2 unit rental property that's under my name and currently I deposit the rent and pay all the expenses from my personal bank account. Is it worth me opening a business checking and savings account for just a 2 unit property. I do keep track of which transactions are personal and which are for the rental property and hold all my receipts.
