Hello! I will soon be moving back into a property that I have been renting out for two years.  I will live in the property for about two years before renting it out again.  Would I still be able to use my business credit card for purchases made on the property (such as appliances, improvements, etc) while living in it? @Neal Larkins The IRS would be really hard on you if they prosecuted. It would be much better financially to put off any expenditures until you have a tenant again.
