Looking to rent my rental house out to tenants with section 8
HI All,
I just purchased a property 3 bed 1 bath and will be renting it out. I think I want to rent this property out to tenants that have section 8 . I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this ? And if so can you share a bit of the pros or cons ? I appreciate any feed back in advance I'm leaning towards doing it but don't know anybody with any experience on this topic. Thanks
