Insurance Company Offering to Pay Rent for Family with House Fire
I've recently listed my rental property and have been contacted by an insurance company that is willing to pay a decent amount more than list price to rent to a family that has lost their home in a house fire. I have seen a couple posts like this on the forums but have some questions if anyone can help. How is this lease structured? Is the family listed on the lease and the insurance company pays? Can I still vet them with credit scores, past evictions, background check, etc?
